Php is not working in https but works fine in http -

-

i configured centos server , installed openssl rpm. php working fine in http not in https. server uses cpanel. enabled:

extension=php_openssl.dll  allow_url_fopen = on

these 2 lines in php.ini file. still not working. on issue.
