for more information, eclipse has 1 plugin gui plug-in create gui simple drag , drop mechanism.. furthermore, code inside workspace osgi bundles
i don't know why need install plugin drag , drop mechanism in eclipse, quote crowd:
have tried turning off , on again? (delete->re-install)
